"La violetera"/"Le torrent"/"Gitane"/"Fado" (also designated as 2 or Volume 2) is the second extended play record by singer Dalida. It was released in 1956 by Barclay Records in France. The songs are also included on her first album,Son nom est Dalida (1957).

Track listing

The EP, sometimes referred to as a "super single", contains four songs:

  1. "La violetera"
  2. "Le torrent"
  3. "Gitane"
  4. "Fado"

The A-side contains tracks 1 and 2, with tracks 3 and 4 on the B-side.

Charts

"Le torrent" reached number 10 on the French record charts, where it remained for 14 weeks.[citation needed]
