Larciano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pistoia in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 30 kilometres (19 mi) west of Florence and about 13 kilometres (8 mi) south of Pistoia.

Larciano borders the following municipalities: Cerreto Guidi, Fucecchio, Lamporecchio, Monsummano Terme, Ponte Buggianese, Serravalle Pistoiese.
