The Light Industry & Science Park II (LISP II), the first privately owned industrial park to be declared as an ecozone, is located in Barangay Real, Calamba City, Laguna. It is only 6.3 kilometers from LISP I. It has an area of 68 hectares and was sold out after only two years. It is home to 24 locators, who employ more than 10,000 people.
