Liliana Allen Doll (born May 24, 1970 in Holguín, Cuba) is a Mexican track and field athlete. She previously represented Cuba.

She has participated in the 1992, 1996, 2000 and 2004 Summer Olympics. At the Pan American Games she has won three gold medals, one silver, and one bronze medal.
