Ludaversal is the upcoming ninth studio album by American rapper Ludacris, it is scheduled for release on March 31, 2015 through Disturbing tha Peace and Def Jam Recordings. The album was recorded during 2011 to 2015 and its production was handled by several producers, including Mike Will Made It, David Guetta, Jim Jonsin, Rico Love, Giorgio Tuinfort, Da Internz.[2]

Release and promotion

On March 13, 2012, Ludacris announced that Ludaversal would be released on September 11, 2012 (his birthday), but it ended up getting pushed back for an early 2013 release. On October 9, 2014 Ludacris announced an EP titled "Burning Bridges" would be released in December 2014 then Ludaversal would follow on March 31, 2015.[3] On October 31, 2014 he released the first single off the EP titled "Good Lovin" featuring American singer Miguel.[4]

On March 3, 2015 Ludacris held a listening party for Ludaversal with Def Jam. The tracks "Intro", "Not For Long" featuring Usher and "Come N See Me" featuring Big K.R.I.T. were revealed to the public.[5]

Singles

On December 15, 2014 Ludacris released an EP titled "Burning Bridges". The final track "Good Lovin'" serves as the first single from Ludaversal.[6]

Promotional singles

On January 30, 2014, Ludacris released the song "Party Girls" featuring Wiz Khalifa and Jeremih, as the first promotional single off the album. Production was handled by Cashmere Cat, who also features on the song.[7]

On March 10, 2015, Ludacris released 2 pre-order tracks from the album titled: "Call Ya Bluff" and "Beast Mode".
