María Camila Osorio Serrano (Spanish pronunciation: [maɾja kaˈmila oˈsoɾjo seˈrano];[a] born 22 December 2001) is a Colombian tennis player. She is the winner of the girl's singles title at the 2019 US Open. On the ITF Junior Circuit, Osorio has a career-high ranking of world No. 1, achieved in September 2019.

She has won one singles title on the WTA Tour and three singles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit. Following her maiden singles title win as a wildcard at the 2021 Copa Colsanitas, defeating fifth seed Tamara Zidanšek, Osorio Serrano reached her best singles ranking of world No. 135 in singles and also peaked at No. 485 in doubles, on 12 April 2021. World-number 180 Osorio Serrano, became the lowest-ranked WTA titlist since world-number 299 Margarita Gasparyan won the 2018 Tashkent Open and the third Colombian champion in Bogota's 23-year history.[1][2]

Playing for Colombia in the Fed Cup, Osorio has a win/loss record of 12–7.
