Néstor Alejandro Araujo Razo (born 29 August 1991), is a Mexican footballer Defender, currently playing for Santos Laguna in Mexico's Liga MX on loan from Cruz Azul.[1] On 4 July, he scored his first goal for the nation in 2011 Copa America match against Chile.[2] He is an olympic gold medalist.[3]
Career
Araujo made his Primera Division debut for Cruz Azul in September 2010.[4] He had been with the club for five years before breaking into the first team, and he played 90 minutes in the 3–0 home victory against Querétaro.[5] On 5 June 2013 he was loaned out to Santos Laguna as part of the Draft 2013. His older brother, Félix, is also a defender who currently plays for U. de G..
