Newhaven College is a small private school situated on Phillip Island, in Australia. It operates from two campuses located at Boys Home Road, Newhaven and 1770 Phillip Island Tourist Road, Sunset Strip. The school opened its doors in 1980.

The Phillip Island branch houses the Junior school (Prep - Yr4), Middle School (Yr5 - Yr8) and the Year 9 Environmental Centre. The location will eventually host the whole school; the Senior school (Yr10 - Yr12) is expected to move to that locale soon, with the whole school being located there by 2017. The College is led by Principal Gea Lovell, along with Vice Principal and Head Of Senior School Jason Scott.

The school has 4 school houses. These are McHaffie, led by Michael Dear. Sambell led by Carmel Robert. Bass, led by Elaine Epifano and Clarke, led by William Hanley
