Nikhri is a village situated in Rewari district, India. It is about 18.6 kilometres (11.6 mi) on Jaipur Highway. It is also named as Nikhari.[1]

Demographics

As of 2011 India census, Nikhri had a population of 1255 in 250 households. Males (652) constitute 51.95% of the population and females (603) 48.04%. Nikhri has an average literacy(911) rate of 72.58%, lower than the national average of 74%: male literacy(532) is 58.39%, and female literacy(379) is 41.6% of total literates (911). In Nikhri, 9.96% of the population is under 6 years of age (125).[2]
