The 2016 Northern Mariana Islands Republican caucus took place on March 15 in the U.S. territory of the Northern Mariana Islands as one of the Republican Party's primaries ahead of the 2016 presidential election.

On the same day, the Republican Party held primaries in Florida, Illinois, Missouri, North Carolina and Ohio. While the Democratic Party held primaries in these five states on the same day, their own Northern Mariana Islands caucus was held three days earlier on March 12.
