Ozzano Monferrato (Italian pronunciation: [odˈdzaːno momferˈraːto]) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 50 kilometres (31 mi) east of Turin and about 30 kilometres (19 mi) northwest of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,558 and an area of 15.2 square kilometres (5.9 sq mi).[3]

Ozzano Monferrato borders the following municipalities: Casale Monferrato, Cella Monte, Cereseto, Pontestura, Rosignano Monferrato, Sala Monferrato, San Giorgio Monferrato, and Treville.
