Paramedics is an Australian factual television series that looks at the everyday working of paramedics in Victoria, and is narrated by Australia actor Samuel Johnson.

The show premiered on 4 October 2018, and looks at the everyday workings of paramedics, healthcare professionals working mainly as part of emergency medical services (EMS) using road ambulances, helicopters, Mobile Intensive Care Ambulance (MICA) and motorcycles.

The show was renewed for a second season, which is set to premiere in 2020.

Nat and Leonard get a surprise while treating a suspected drug overdose, who was later found to be wanted by police after breaching bail conditions. A heartbreaking fall for a 98-year-old woman requires a delicate rescue mission. And vicious verbal abuse towards Taz from a member of the public shocks Amanda and him, as all Victorian ambulance fleet lodged a silent protest against a landmark case where two women that physically assaulted paramedics escaped their mandatory 6-month prison sentence after an appeal. A helicopter is rescuing a volunteer tree-cutting crew that had a trunk falling on his leg and breaking it, risking his availability on his day job as a truck driver. Taz and Amanda's final call of the long shift is another Priority Zero (time critical and life-threatening) call, an unconscious driver on his last breaths, but the scene was filled with heavy police presence, as the patient has a borken arm, fully conscious, and being an intoxicated and abusive nuisance.

Nat and Leonard battle to save an elderly woman after a suspected stroke. Taz and Amanda race to help a child trapped in a car outside a kindergarten, all while the on-board GPS led them astray, and later found a family dog is also in the car. A missing item of clothing has Nicola and Michelle scratching their heads. Unbeknown to them, it was discovered it was the colourful character, Rudy, from episode 1, whose liver is failing, and in his confusion, a fluent English speaker switches back and forth between English and Spanish. Jamie and Mike, who attended to Rudy last time, is long overdue for a meal break, but had to wait longer while attending to a primary school student with a badly fractured arm after a fall. A month after his second visit, Rudy had been admitted to an alcoholics recovery program. Jenny, the stroke patient, died despite the paramedics' best efforts.
