Patkan (Persian: پتكان)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Dehsard Rural District[4] of the Central District of Arzuiyeh County, Kerman province, Iran.

Demographics[edit]

Population[edit]

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 761 in 171 households, when it was in the Central District of Baft County).[5] The following census in 2011 counted 470 people in 124 households,[6] by which time the rural district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Arzuiyeh County.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 481 people in 146 households.[2]
