Paula Leitón Arrones[1][a] (born 27 April 2000) is a Spanish female water polo player.

She was part of the Spanish team at the 2015 World Aquatics Championships.[2] She participated in the 2016 FINA Youth Water Polo World Championships, winning a silver medal[3] and she represented Spain's women water polo in the Olympic Games of Rio de Janeiro in 2016.[4]
