[edit]- October 21, 2007: The Boston Red Sox defeat the Cleveland Indians to win the 2007 ALCS. The Red Sox came back from a 3-1 deficit to advance to the World Series and face the Colorado Rockies.
- October 15, 2007: The Colorado Rockies defeat the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 2007 NLCS. The Rockies swept the Diamondbacks 4-0 to advance to the World Series.
