Punahana is one of the 90 Legislative Assembly constituencies of the Indian state of Haryana. [2] It is a part of the Nuh district in Haryana. It was established in 2009 by carving out parts from the Nuh and Ferozepur Jhirka assembly constituencies.
Mohammed Ilyas has served as the Member of Legislative Assembly the greatest number of times from this constituency.
