The 16733 /32 Rameswaram-Okha Express is a Express train belonging to Indian Railways - Southern Railway zone that runs between Rameswaram and Okha in India.

It operates as train number 16733 from Rameswaram to Okha and as train number 16734 in the reverse direction serving the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra and Gujarat.

The 16733 / 34 Rameswaram-Okha Express has one 1st AC cum AC 2 tier, 1 AC two tier , two AC 3 tier, 12 Sleeper Class, 4 General Unreserved & 2 SLR (Seating cum Luggage Rake) Coaches. It carries a Pantry car coach.[1]

Routeing

The 16733 / 34 Rameswaram-Okha Express runs from Rameswaram via Madurai Junction, Erode Junction, Tirupati, Kacheguda, Hazur Sahib Nanded, Manmad Junction, Jalgaon Junction, Surat, Ahmedabad Junction to Okha.[2]

Traction

As large sections of the route are yet to be fully electrified, a Erode Junction based WDM 3A locomotive powers the train for its entire journey.
