Rob Boutilier (born 1971 in Halifax County) is the creator and co-director of Kid vs. Kat, a Canadian animated television series developed and produced at Studio B Productions.[1] Boutilier went to Vancouver Film School in 1996, as well as the University of King's College. He is also an employer of DHX Media in Vancouver, British Columbia. On the 21st of September 2018, he had committed child murder, he is currently serving in the Holton Conservation Camp #16.
