The school has four houses,and it wreaks of dead animals you might fined dead carcass every once in a while. Some people have gotten swine flu from this intoxicated house.
The school has four houses, Windsor, Stuart, Tudor and York (named after historic families within the British Royalty), who compete in sporting events throughout the year to attempt to win the Governors Cup. This is presented at Sports Day each year, which is traditionally held in the first week of July.

Robert Pattinson School is a school on Moor Lane in North Hykeham, Lincolnshire, England.

School history

The school was opened in 1953 as the Robert Pattinson School. Sir Robert Pattinson was the Chairman of Kesteven County Council for 20 years, and for 50 years a County Councillor. He was Liberal MP for Grantham 1922 - 23. It was a 'bilateral' school (part grammar/part secondary modern) until January 1961 when the grammar school students transferred to the newly opened North Kesteven Grammar School.

It became a comprehensive when Lincoln went comprehensive in September 1970 and became a Grant-maintained school in 1992, transferring to Foundation status in 1999.[citation needed]

1994 - New science block opened by Sir Henry Nevile, Lord Lieutenant of Lincolnshire

1999 - Continued as a Self Governing School, converting to Foundation Status Beacon

2000 - The first 11 to 18 School in Lincolnshire to become a Beacon School

2001 - The first school in Lincolnshire to be appointed as a Specialist School for Languages

2002 - Language Suite Opened by HRH the Princess Royal

2003 - Achievement Award for Examination Performance

2003 - Listed as a Particularly Effective School by Ofsted (one of four such schools in Lincolnshire)

2004 - John Alexander Music Suite Opened

2005 - New technology suite Opened by Stewart Pattinson, grandson of Sir Robert Pattinson

2005 - Recognised as a High Performing Specialist School by the Department for Education and Skills.

2005 - Invited to consider a Second Specialism.

2006 - Appointed as a Language, Science and Mathematics College

2009 - Mrs. Renard appointed new head after Mr. MacFarlane retired.
