Roberta Alma Anastase (Romanian pronunciation: [roˈberta anasˈtase]; born 27 March 1976 in Ploieşti) is a Romanian politician and former first female Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of Romania between 19 December 2008 and 3 July 2012.

She is a member of the Democratic Liberal Party, affiliated to the European People's Party–European Democrats, and became an MEP on 1 January 2007 with the accession of Romania to the European Union. She also represented Romania at the 1996 Miss Universe competition.
