Rousměrov is a municipality and village in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 100 inhabitants.

Rousměrov lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south-east of Žďár nad Sázavou, 33 km (21 mi) east of Jihlava, and 136 km (85 mi) south-east of Prague.
