Saint-Médard-d'Eyrans (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ medaʁ dɛʁɑ̃]; Gascon: Sent Medard d'Airans) is a commune in the Gironde department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France. Saint-Médard-d'Eyrans station has rail connections to Langon and Bordeaux.
