Sakshi Agarwal (born 20 July 1985) is an Indian film actress, primarily known for her work in the Tamil film industry.[1][2][3][4] She started her career modeling in Bangalore and also worked in two Kannada films, Sandalwood before she began working on Tamil films. Apart from acting, Sakshi has also worked on many TV commercials and photo shoots for some big brands in the city.[5][6][7]

Brought up in Chennai, Sakshi completed her engineering degree from St. Joseph's Engineering College, Chennai in 2006 and pursued further studies by attending MBA from a XIME in Bangalore [8][9][10][11]

Early life

Sakshi was born in Almora but soon moved to Chennai with her parents. She grew up in this city. Her father is from Rajasthan and her mother is from Tamil Nadu.[12][13][14] Sakshi received a gold medal in Bachelor of Information Technology from Anna University (2002-2006) then pursued her MBA from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship, Bangalore.(2008 - 2010 at the age of 24[15]) [16][17][18]

Career

She has worked in over 100 TV commercials and modelled for many photo shoots. [19][20][21][22]
