Satyameva Jayate 2 is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language vigilante action film written and directed by Milap Zaveri and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Nikkhil Advani, Monisha Advani and Madhu Bhojwani. A sequel of the 2018 film Satyameva Jayate, the film stars John Abraham and Divya Khosla Kumar. The concept is based on the fight against injustice and misuse of power. The shooting of film began on 20 October 2020 in Lucknow.[1] The film schedule to be release on 12 May 2021, coinciding with Eid.[2]

Production
Milap Zaveri is writing and directing the film. The film was officially announced by Abraham on 27 September 2018. For the female lead role, in August 2019, director-producer Divya Khosla Kumar was finalized for the role, marking her comeback to acting after several years after Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyo. The first look poster of the film was released in October 2019.[5]
The story of the film will revolve around corruption in police, politicians, industrialists, and the common man, focusing on the fight against injustice and misuse of power. It will be shot in the town of Lucknow and after Raebareli starting October 2020.[6]
