Personal life

He married his co-star Geetanjali TikekarKharbanda,[1] from Kasauti Zindagi Ki, whom he had dated for two and a half years before marriage. The couple have a son named Shaurya Kharbanda, born on 1 December 2008. His uncle is actor Shakti Kapoor.[3] His co-star from Style, Rinki Ali Khan, created controversy before this marriage by claiming that they once were dating each other. Sikandar never commented on this claim, preferring to keep his personal life private. Since she is an unemployed C-grade model, many believed the claim to be a publicity stunt.
