The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) (Template:Lang-ar Al-Wakālah al-'Arabīyah as-Sūrīyah al-'Anbā) is a news agency in Syria. It is a state media organisation linked to the Ministry of Information. It was established in 1965.[2]

The website www.Abovetopsecret.com reports this on July 15. 2012: "Reported cyber attack on SANA,Website Attacked to Prevent it from Conveying Truth of Events in Syria"[3]. A check with www.websitedown.info confirms that "sana.sy is down".
