Writing[edit]

There should be some information here for his writing career. For example, his recent Lobo miniseries for DC Comics. I would put it up myself but I don't actually know anything about him.

Infobox background color[edit]

Per Template:Infobox musical artist#Background, solo_singer should be used for "Singular vocal performers (including lead and background singers, singer-songwriters, and singer-instrumentalists). This categorization is for any article about a singer, whether they perform solo, with a group or band, or both." Since vocals is listed in the instrument section of the infobox, if this is incorrect then the background should be non_vocal_instrumentalist, but if it is correct then solo_singer is the correct background color. I move then that vocals should be removed from the infobox. Scott Ian's background color should not match Mariah Carey's. He is not a vocalist and this is not ambiguous. He is a guitarist. Redrkr (talk) 05:20, 22 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Looking at We've Come for You All it is clear that the vocals in the instrument section is correct since he provides backing vocals, so the background color needs to be solo_singer. Aspects (talk) 06:13, 22 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
(My opinion was requested) The logic I used was that if the instrument or occupation included vocals/singer then the Background is solo_singer, but if the right answer for this article is non_vocal_instrumentalist then I don't mind. So long as Background is set to one of the valid values I won't revisit the article. Rjwilmsi 07:02, 22 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
In We've Come for You All, Frank Bello is also listed as a "backup vocalist", though he is correctly categorized as non_vocal_instrumentalist. It dilutes the categorization process if the singer of the band is indistinguishable from the guitarist / drummer / bassist. Because all member of most rock bands sing "back-up" on the chorus. Eddie Van Halen, Keith Moon, Steve Harris, David Lauser, Vic Johnson, etc... According to Rjwilmsi's comments above, these people's occupation is not "singer". They simply have sung once or twice somewhere. Redrkr (talk) 08:31, 22 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Bloodworks?[edit]

He is also hosting the "Bloodworks"-series, isn't he? I don't know if it is a TV-show or just on the web, so if anyone could add this to the article? Thanks.--87.184.153.254 (talk) 08:58, 22 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
