Čičavica → Qyqavica – The name "Qyqavica" is the most common name for the mountain today. There is no common name in the English language, yet one is far more prevalent than the other in real life usage. These matters are addressed by WP:NCGN : "If no name can be shown to be widely accepted in English, use the local name.". The mountain is surrounded by villages with Albanians, for this reason the name in Albanian is the most used one. So, I suggest changing the name of the article. - Oppose. Čičavica seems to remain the WP:COMMONNAME in English. Google Scholar results show almost three times as many results for Čičavica as for Qyqavica, and Google Books similarly shows very few Qyqavica results in comparison to the various Čičavica results out there. (For some Google Books examples, see [1], [2], [3], [4], [5] – plus [6], [7] for "Cicavica" without diacritics). ModernDayTrilobite (talk • contribs) 17:11, 13 December 2023 (UTC)
