Although the season was a statistical colossus for Babe Ruth, I feel the article focuses on him too much. Shifting some of Ruth's given attention toward filling in the rest of the "Regular Season" section would probably expand this article significantly. There is even a table breaking down each of Ruth's home runs. If we can find out each of those home runs, can we also find out more about how the 1927 Yankees season ran? Currently, the Regular Season section does not tell enough about the season. There are somewhat complete statistical tables, but why are some batters in one tables and "others" in another? The reader sees that the Yankees swept the World Series with that table near the bottom. I like that table the most. The roster is incomplete and the game logs have yet to be started. I think this article is merely a stub. There is too little information on how the season played out. Please, though, come and discuss. Thanks Fdssdf (talk) 17:01, 13 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
