Date of 1980 State of the Union Address[edit]

Two dates appear -- 21 Jan 1980 (in body of wikipedia entry) and 23 Jan 1980 (in the UCSB.edu transcript). I am confused. Maybe Carter delivered the address on 21 Jan and released the transcript two days later? Someone please clarify. Pb-laub (talk) 14:27, 29 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
