"Apito Final" case

[edit]

The decisions under this case aren't final...some teams have appeal against the decisions, so just after another decisions actions can be done.... Aritajustino (talk) 12:27, 10 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Are there any news about the Boavista relegation? Did they appeal and if so, how did it turn out? I searched for about an hour or so, but could not find anything on the topic, so help would be welcome. Hockey-holic (talk) 10:07, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

6 points deduction to champion FC Porto

[edit]

Changed from "Porto were deducted 6 points due to bribery of referees..." to "Porto were deducted 6 points due to alleged attempted bribery of referees...".

The quotation itself states "alleged bribery", and the accusation was not for bribery, but for bribery attempt, which are different things. Since the case is not final, the bribery attempt is, at least for now, just an allegation.

Incoherence

[edit]

If the decision that took Porto 6 points was rejected why didn't they returned Porto those 6 points? And why weren't they taken in the 2003-04 season? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.247.64.141 (talk) 15:10, 9 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It's strange. Maybe it was that way because that year was the year of the final decision of the Apito Final. Curiously, it was the season in which they ended with the biggest point difference for the second placed team between the 2003-04 season and this season... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.193.39.131 (talk) 20:28, 27 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
