Election eve maintenance tags[edit]

On Monday, November 7, user talk:Jfc4me left copy edit and POV maintenance tags on the article page. No explanation was given on the Talk page and the edit summary was left blank.

After reading through the article I have not been able to identify the copy edit issue. What is the copy edit issue?

After reviewing the article’s sources I have not been able to identify a POV issue. All of the provided sources are independent, published, reliable sources. Citations are fairly supported by their source. What is the POV issue?Lord Monboddo (talk) 00:30, 12 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I think the POV issue is more in the article's tone and coverage. The article, when I first read it, discussed in depth the problems that lead to the need for the proposition, but it did not seem to address any opposing arguments, so that the article almost read like a brief in support of a bill. I tried to remove some of the less neutral content and added a little about objections, but I am not sure if the neutrality problems are fixed.
I did fix the copyedit tag. Strawberryfields77 (talk) 04:12, 13 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I was going to try to build up two sections, one for opponents and one for proponents but good sources for opponents seem to be disappearing. I think the article's neutral enough to remove the tag, and I'll do so. Ifnord (talk) 17:42, 11 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
