So, does anyone know what's the difference between these two? As far as I know, both were called up by the government, both are binding, and both had a normal 50% quorum to pass.--Aréat (talk) 15:31, 6 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Aréat: it appears that the referendum questions were specifically about the constitution, whereas the popular consultation ones were about laws or statutory orders (or whatever the Ecuadorian equivalent is). Where did you get the registered voters figure from? I can't seem to find it anywhere! Cheers, Number 57 16:20, 6 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
