Club name[edit]

Gokulam group owns Gokulam Kerala FC, and Churchil group owns Churchil Brothers FC. So, the companies name is used in the club. similary, Quess owns East Bengal, thus Quess East Bengal FC. Also, the East BEngal is registered as QEBFC. I League website also shows the same. https://i-league.org But, whenever i change the name in article, it gets reverted. why?  S A H 16:58, 30 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Chennai City[edit]

- the only internationally owned team being introduced into the league from this season on, courtesy FC Basel.

Updating the article[edit]

‎Sávy, do you want me to get you blocked?? You have been given a final warning, still you are doing this disruptive editing along with false information. You seems to have ignored all warnings, and even then I tried not to get you blocked, wanted to make you understand through a final comment also. The day's match is not over and you are updating the statistcis changing the date to 19 January. Can't you wait for 30 mins. Why are you in rush? If this continue you will end up getting blocked. Dey subrata (talk) 15:22, 19 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Former Players and transfer[edit]

Sávy and Durham12321, Don't add this to the article. You both are vandalising the materials deliberately adding the following. And Savy, you not only doing this but also vandalisng the article with unsourced and inccorect information into the aricle. Tranfermarket or soccerway are not reliable sources. So stop this behaviour, you are blocked 2 times in past but still you have not learnt a lesson. Durham be cautious, I will not be so much lenient in future. this is the final time I am addressing.

Go through WP:POLICY carefully, because I don't think you have enough knowledge of what you are doing here, you are simple trying to be WP:POINTy. Also go through WP:FOOTY. I have asked you several times not to add the materials in the article as its already been in another article List of 2019–20 I-League season roster changes. Its not that you will add everything in an articles, a article must be summarised per WP:SUMMARY, WP:LENGTH, WP:SUBARTICLE, WP:SPLITTING and WP:SPINOFF. Dey subrata (talk) 18:20, 21 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Monthly Award[edit]

This list should not be added, as such awards does not have any base, or add any meaning, only individual match awards to be added along with awards after completion of league. Dey subrata (talk) 02:42, 24 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

ArnabSaha, Your edits showing that you are trying be WP:POINTy, by continuously reverting edits here, 1 and here 2. When an editor reverted your edit you must open an discussion rather than going on to WP:EDITWAR. Secondly, You have simply violated WP:BLP and WP:BURDEN, I don't see any kind of citation whenever you have added the materials. Thirdly, it also shows that you may be violating WP:SOCK, this clearly seems like that . You must disclose if this is you or I will also open an investigation, if found true, will be blocked. See, recently such behaviours lead an user named Savy, to get blocked, that same thing I don't want with you. Engage before any major changes in article. Dey subrata (talk) 22:51, 25 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Dey subrata: the individual awards isn't baseless at all. do check EPL, La Liga articles. it's a monthly thing. also, have u ever mentioned to add them after completion?

also, u started reverting it, without any proper reason. so it applies for u too. after the initial club name conflict, I added the issue, but u didnt discuss. also dont put any fake allegations regarding WP:SOCK it can be anyone, even u. I can claim too, that I did that to put me in trouble.  :) S A H 15:12, 26 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Other similar issues[edit]

@ArnabSaha:, you are again and again adding, Quess with East Bengal, don't use sponsor's name with the club name here. Secondly, your example of Churchill Brothers and Gokulam Kerala is different from East Bengal, CB was established/created by Churchill and similarly, GK by Gokulam group, but East Bengal is not created by Quess. The club name is East Bengal. Where the club name of CB is Churchill Brothers, not Brothers FC. Lastly, this is also inconsistent with other tables and datas in the article.

Again, you have changed Kassim Aidara's flagicon from Senegal to France, do you have any citation for anything you are doing here. If such continues unsourced and disruptive edit continues I have go for WP:AN/3. Dey subrata (talk) 23:20, 25 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Dey subrata: Hi. quess is the owner of the club. quess isn't sponsor, but inverstor. for this I league season, the club is registered as QEB, and not as EB. gokulam group is the owner, thus gokulam kerala, quess is the owner, thus quess east bengal. simple. I didn't add Aciesta TRAU, because they aren't registered with this name in this league. do check aiff and I league website for reference. also, regarding kassim aidara, when he was captain in december, a reference was given regarding his nationality. currently the captain is lalrindika ralte, thus removed the name and citation. u can check previous versions, or just check ileague website.  :) S A H 14:58, 26 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
ArnabSaha, please give me a break, everytime you talk, you bring WP:OSE here, and FYI I am not violating any WP:EW, I maintain WP:3RRNO as you have not added any citations after all. Secondly, by wikipedia policies onus is onto you to open a discussion not me, as soon as your edits are being reverted. Secondly, you must be thankful to me that without giving a warning I opened a discussion on 24th but without addressing it, you added the same stuff again on 25th. I could have given you a higher level warning. Third, read carefully, I did not put allegation, I said "may be" as that ip edits are aligned with your edit behaviours in this article. About the monthly Award thing, as I said, don't talk of other articles per WP:OSE and also fails notability. And by the way there is no clear picture of, how it's selected for such awards in this league neither isl. And for la liga or Epl teams actually play equal number of games, this is also not the case here. And for la liga and Epl, it is a continuous thing but from next season there will be major changes in league system in India, this award will not be existed, a new award may come. And one thing, don't and never ask any user to go and search for your added materials and claim, you must produce citations and add one whenever you add those materials or making any claim. And finally, quess is owner of East Bengal, the way ENIC Group is owner of Tottenham Hotspur F.C. or Fenway Sports Group of Liverpool F.C..
@Dey subrata: 1) I started the club name related discussion long back, but, still u reverted them. u didn't join the discussion. 2) is there any official source saying kassim is Senegalese? 3) whether a new award comes or not, doesn't matter. this article is for the current season only. also, there is no relation with isl. 4) the club is registered as quess east bengal fc in this league. and not as east bengal fc.
club name reference
kassim aidara, and for some limitations, I can't show you the ileague source. I request you to check any match report. nationality is mentioned there. :) S A H 04:34, 27 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
ArnabSaha, we are talking about discussion on awards, for which I said you should open discussion, as your edits were reverted with enough reason in edit summary. Its good that you opened discussion on club name, mind its not only me doing edit here. Thats why you must open discussion if you encounter with such situation. I've already given you reason for club name with Liverpool's and Tottenham, company or owners are not permanent and such things should not be added with name to maintain consistency. Footballdatabase.eu are not primary reliable sources. Here reliable sources like The Telegraph and Goal.com say otherwise, Senegalese midfielder. And claiming that no relation with ISL would be foolish to say. From next season the whole league system is going to change, merging will be there and many more. We can't keep such award for one season, not notable enough to keep such a thing in the article and also for consistency with other seasons. As simple as that. Dey subrata (talk) 22:35, 27 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
By the way, where is the citation for the award, add here, let me see what the article says.Dey subrata (talk) 22:43, 27 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Dey subrata: official reference of kassim's nationality. so when u are bringing isl here, tell me, what will u write for ATKMB? thats the similar case right. now check this. it clearly says quess corp and east bengal, formed a new entity, and the club is registered as qeb in ileague. Liverpool tottenham doesn't matter. their name isn't registered in this way. also, ileague and isl won't merge now. it will happen in 2024-25 season, 5 years later. monthly award reference  :) S A H 04:51, 28 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
ArnabSaha Well, now after asking so many times about references you are able to produce one, I agree with Kassim Adaira. But I asked about official source for the award, not some independent website. Is it Aiff, who awarded or I-league? Add the official citation of Aiff or I league. MB and ATK thing is still not cleared, hence I will not talk on that. By the way its a merge of two clubs into a new club, totally different scenerio. Dey subrata (talk) 06:02, 28 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Dey subrata: btw, kassim's reference also shows the registered club's name. and about monthly award, see this and it is reliable as per WP:Twitter-EL  :) S A H 09:25, 29 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
