ASEAN+3 or ASEAN Plus Three?
[edit]Having checked the Secretariat's website, I have found that both names are used by the organization itself. Even amongst news sources, there is no consensus on which is the proper name for the groupings. Does anybody have any concrete information on which is the right and official name?
