Songs Included are Different From Place to Place[edit]

I noticed that the tracks listed in the article is totally different from the A Different Beat released in my country. Here the track list is as the following:

1. Picture of You 2. Paradise 3. A Different Beat 4. Melting Pot 5. Ben 6. Don't Stop Looking For Love 7. Isn't It a Wonder 8. Words 9. It's Time 10. Strong Enough 11. Heaven Knows 12. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use.
