I'm changing the "Acumen Nation was an..." to "Acumen Nation is an...". There has been no indication either way that the band was calling it quits, and they have been playing shows as recently as last month. Things are still up in the air, given the death of a key member, but the text of the article should remain "is" and not "was" until someone can provide a citation showing that the band has officially broken up.
