Bass guitar

[edit]

Is there any sources regarding David Gilmour playing bass guitar on Morning Glory? According to PF Encyclopedia Roger Waters was the only bass player on this song. Floyd(Norway) 01:12, 5 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Breakfest?

[edit]

Some listings show this as "Alan's Psychedelic Breakfest". Is it Breakfast or Breakfest? Perhaps it's spelled differently on different releases?

Macrobiotics or microbiotics

[edit]

This site: http://pinkfloyd.wikia.com/wiki/Alan%27s_Psychedelic_Breakfast reports microbiotics is the correct one. In our page there's "macrobiotics" written.. --Gionnico (talk) 16:42, 3 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Just listened to it again, carefully, it is "microbiotic" he says. --Matt Westwood 21:39, 9 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Alan Styles' death

[edit]

The Pink Floyd fan page on Facebook has reported that Styles (their spelling) died yesterday, 8 December, of pneumonia. I'm trying to track down a verifiable WP:RS for the article... Dismas|(talk) 13:57, 9 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Macrobiotic or Microbiotic again?

[edit]

I've just had an edit reverted again from "Microbiotic" to "Macrobiotic". LOOK, IT SAYS MACROBIOTIC, RIGHT? Sorry to shout, but we've been through this. Yes, yes, I know, I know - the correct word is "macrobiotic" but listen to it, he distinctly says "microbiotic" . No I can't find a source that says "microbiotic" beyond various "lyrics" websites which may or may not be allowed as proper sources.

I've reverted it back again because I'm right and the corrector is wrong. --Matt Westwood 21:51, 31 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
