Merge proposal[edit]

Jack Albright Middle School lacks notability per Wikipedia:Notability (schools). In accordance with the guideline, it is proposed that this article be merged into its school district article, Alief Independent School District. It is also noted that this article contains sections copied from its parent school district article, which further justifies the proposed merge. A {{mergeto}} is being added to this article. If the result of the resulting merge discussion is non-negative, this article will be merged at the end of August 2008. Your comments are requested; please add them below. Will you merge this page for us? if possible? marshmalloww (talk) 4:08, 3 August 2008 (UTC)

Sure. I'll do it in the next few days. We should give the Wikimmunity at least a few days to comment on this. Truthanado (talk) 23:59, 3 August 2008 (UTC)

Proposed merger from Olle Middle School[edit]

In accordance with WP:WPSCHOOLS/AG#N, middle schools should be merged into the district page unless there is significant coverage in reliable sources. Although the page is fairly long, the school lacks notability and the content is very poorly written for an encyclopedia. It should be condensed easily in to a paragraph or two here on the district page. I expect to wrap up this discussion by Thursday, August 30. The Jacobin (talk) 22:58, 22 August 2012 (UTC)

Vietnamese needed[edit]

http://www.aliefisd.net/www/Alief/site/Hosting/Communications%20and%20Public%20Relations/Communicator%20Newsletters/CommunicatorFeb09.pdf shows that the important languages are English, Spanish, and Vietnamese. I stated the Spanish version but I need a Vietnamese version too. WhisperToMe (talk) 09:20, 10 January 2016 (UTC)
