Most jail pages that I've seen talk about the history of the structure, details about the structure itself, and maybe jail programs, notable inmates. Some talk about controversies but it's part of greater whole.
This page as it stands is mostly just a massive list of grievances. This page talks more about a single warden (who is not notable enough to have his own page, apparently) than it does about the building itself.
