Usage in cooking
[edit]Aluminum phosphate is not normally used pure in baking. In baking powders it is found as sodium aluminum phosphate or some other compound similarly combined. --Cheminterest (talk) 22:20, 24 March 2010 (UTC)
- removed this, the compound actually used is sodium aluminium phosphate. I also cleaned out a lot of unsubstantiated and unrefereced material. This article still needs more work. Axiosaurus (talk) 12:29, 24 January 2013 (UTC)
Rewrite Feb 2013
[edit]Added material on ALPO's and properties of berlinite. Referenced some material where I could find one and restructured to take account of the expansion of the article Axiosaurus (talk) 16:28, 4 February 2013 (UTC)
