This article was on the list of requested creations for chemistry. I'm going to get a finished stub done; I doubt it will end up beyond start class, as its a somewhat obscure topic. Ninja! 20:01, 17 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I came to this article wondering about health effects of it because it's the main active ingredient in antipersperant. If anyone knows of more studies please put them in. Ivanoats 22:01, 4 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I would like to know what would be the chemical formula for "Aluminum zirconium tetrachlorohydrex gly". Does "GLY" stand for "GLYCINE"? If anyone knows about it, please let me know. (Maynor Vargas, Costa Rica)

Neurotoxin

[edit]

I think most lay people doing research on this common chemical would feel a little perturbed that this isn't explained. All it says is that it is a neurotoxin. What about studies of the chemical in antiperspirants? Is there evidence of it causing problems? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.120.238.185 (talk) 21:16, 17 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
