Making citation templates consistent?[edit]

This article uses a combination of {{cite web}} and {{citation}}. Per WP:CITESTYLE, I tried to change the {{citation}} to {{cite web}}, but my changes were reverted. Which format should be used in this article? GoingBatty (talk) 20:39, 18 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
