Confirmed?
[edit]JocularJellyfish, as part of these edits, you changed Iancu's status from "Pending Senate confirmation" to "TBD", suggesting that he has been confirmed and now it's just to-be-determined when he takes office. I can't find anything saying he's been confirmed. Can you, um, confirm that? TJRC (talk) 18:41, 28 November 2017 (UTC)
- TJRC, as you can see, I still kept the "nominee" portion. He has not been confirmed. I just forgot to add the *Pending Senate confirmation footnote. I have done that now. – JocularJellyfish TalkContribs 20:17, 28 November 2017 (UTC)
- That works; thanks. By coincidence, about an hour after I posted the above, I received an email (unrelated to Wikipedia) that indicated his Senate confirmation hearing is scheduled for tomorrow (Nov. 29). Nothing citable, but I assume it will probably be in tomorrow's news. TJRC (talk) 20:22, 28 November 2017 (UTC)
