Propose Merger with Franks Tract article[edit]

In my opinion, the information concerning this article should be merged into the existing Franks Tract State Recreation Area article, which I am currently updating. The Antioch Bombing Target existed only for a short time and for a specific military use, and is not otherwise notable. The military's lease on the property expired more than a half century ago, and is unlikely to ever be renewed. Unless there is some objection, I would like to implement this merge before the end of July, 2018, and mark the Antioch Bombing Target article for deletion.
