This article is in dire need of some editor, who has knowledge about Arbëreshë cuisine. As "Arbëreshë cuisine" is meant an ensemble of characteristic dishes developed within this culture, not Italian dishes (such as cannoli) with the name in Arbëreshë, which would only demonstrate the adoption of the local cuisine (in the case of cannoli, sicilian) by the Arbëreshë.
