I am not the author of this page, but this is a bad faith nomination for speedy deletion. It's obviously not a nonsense candidate. It's just a stub article for a location in the country of Columbia. The editor that placed the db-template has been warned recently for inappropriate edits and this is a continuation of that bad behavior. Hatch68 20:48, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
