Removing unsupported paragraph

Removing seemingly breach of WP:BLP, possibly political demand promotional section named as controversies introduced in the article vide dif by (seems blocked sock) User:Wikidrifterr. The associated reference news does not seem to have any direct connection / mention of Arjun Ram Meghwal other than he happen to hold ministerial position and some others wanting a High court bench in some city - effectively using Wikipedia page for promoting a demand.
