Your link to Kingston College (England) requires investigation.
The college described in that article was founded in 1962 in Kingston on Thames. Arthur Wilson was born in 1838 in Kingston upon Hull, Yorkshire. Given the dates I am quite sure that the subject of the biography was not educated at Kingston College (England).
