Omitting Notes in Table in 'President of the Chamber of Duties' Section

Hello Wikipedians,

In the notes of the table showing the Presidents of the Chamber of Duties, the writing is in French. I translated the text via Google Translate, showing the text, 'président de la Chambre des députés' (French) translated to English as 'president of the Chamber of Deputies'. Since the translation is just what the section title is, I think it would be reasonable enough that the notes coloum of the table is changed to 'references', or omitted entirely.
